Pack Details & Credits
How your credits work
Both scenes use 10 credits per video, including the personalized keyframes. There is no extra scene fee. All packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal.
180 days to create
Your credits are valid for 180 days from successful payment. Unused credits expire at the end of that period. Buying another pack does not extend an earlier pack’s expiry date.
If generation fails
Once a generation is confirmed to have failed, its 10 credits are returned to the same pack at the same resolution. You choose when to retry. Returned credits keep the pack’s original expiry date; an unconfirmed request is checked before any return.
30 days to download
Each completed video is available to preview and download for 30 days after completion. Download and save it before that window ends. This is separate from your pack’s 180-day credit validity.
Both scenes include portrait MP4 delivery. Classic Window is about 14 seconds; Window Dance is about 12 seconds. Standard is 480p; the 1, 2 and 3 Video Packs are 720p. Credits retain the resolution of the purchased pack and cannot be used to upgrade a different pack. Your pack, total and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Existing purchases keep their original credits and expiry. See our failure and refund policy.
