What we process

We process your account name, email, authentication records, uploaded photo, consent selection, selected scene, generated images and video, and order and task records. Payment information is handled by Waffo; we receive payment status and order identifiers rather than your full card details.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies your account identifier, name, email address and profile image so we can create and authenticate your Window Peeper account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files. We use this information for account access and service support, not for selling data or advertising profiles. Resend delivers account verification and password-reset emails to the address you provide.

Your selected photo stays in your browser until you confirm and upload it. We use the photo to prepare personalized keyframes and generate the video you request. We also check content, prevent misuse, reconcile interrupted tasks and provide support.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, private media storage, image processing and content checks. Third-party AI image and video generation services process your approved photo and personalized scene images to produce your video. Waffo handles checkout and payment confirmation. Processing may take place outside your country. We do not publish your uploaded photo or generated video in the example gallery without your permission.

Storage and access

Uploaded photos expire after 24 hours and are removed by scheduled cleanup. You can remove photo access from the creator before expiry. Generated videos are available in your account for 30 days. Generated keyframes and operational evidence may be retained while delivery, support or an unresolved request is being reconciled. Order and account records are retained for service operation, payment records and applicable obligations. Provider retention is governed by their service terms and controls; deleting access on our site does not claim immediate deletion from every provider or backup.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage remembers your upload identifier so you can continue after returning from checkout; it is not public access to your photo. You may clear browser storage, sign out, remove an upload or contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your data. Some payment records may need to be retained. The service is for adults.
