Terms of Service — Window Peeper

The service

Create a fictional, personalized AI video using your photo and either Classic Window or Window Dance. You must be an adult aged 18 or over. Upload only yourself, another adult who explicitly consents to this transformation, or an original fictional adult character you have the right to use. Do not upload intimate, abusive, illegal or deceptive material. Do not present the result as authentic footage of another person.

Purchases and delivery

Both templates use 10 credits per video. Current one-time packs and their USD prices are listed on the Pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Standard delivers 480p; the 1, 2 and 3 Video Packs deliver 720p. Credits are tied to the purchased pack’s resolution and work with either scene. Previous purchases retain the original 480p video allowance and credits recorded in their order. Credits expire 180 days after successful payment. Unused credits expire; later purchases and failure returns do not extend the original expiry date. This is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. The checkout shows the final amount and any applicable taxes before payment. Payment confirmation is verified by our payment provider and order system.

After payment, start generation from the homepage. Your video is prepared in the background and becomes available for preview and download in your account on the homepage. Download it within 30 days of completion. AI results can vary in identity, motion and visual detail; review your result before sharing. We do not promise an exact completion time or social reach.

Failed generation and support

A confirmed failed generation restores your creation allowance so you can start another attempt yourself. We do not automatically regenerate. A request with an unknown result is checked before the allowance is restored, to avoid duplicate processing. Returning an allowance is not a cash refund. For payment issues or a refund request, contact support with your order details. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your content

You retain your existing rights in your inputs and authorize the processing necessary to create, check, store and deliver the requested video. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent and rights, and for complying with the rules of platforms where you share the output. Our service is independent of social platforms and the people appearing in online reference trends.

AI models and fixed templates

Window Peeper uses GPT Image 2 for personalized image keyframes and Seedance 2.0 Fast for video generation. Window Peeper is an independent product, not an official product of these model providers. You choose one of two fixed scenes; there is no free-text action editor or user-uploaded reference video. The generated subject resembles the person in the uploaded photo. The actions are fictional AI-generated actions, not a recording of that person performing them.

Content standards and reporting

Do not upload, generate or distribute through this service:

• Sexual or pornographic content, intimate nudity or other NSFW content, including nonconsensual intimate imagery.
• Graphic violence or gore, real threats, or material encouraging harm.
• Hate speech or discriminatory abuse.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized minors or other child-unsafe content. This service accepts adult subjects only.
• Deceptive impersonation or harmful deepfakes, including falsely presenting an AI scene as real footage or using another person's likeness without their consent.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or likeness rights.

The service checks uploaded photos and sampled frames from completed videos automatically, and enables the generation provider's safety checks. Templates and their public samples are reviewed by the operator. This is not a claim that every customer video receives human review. Automated checks can miss content and cannot prove identity, consent or ownership; sampled-frame review does not inspect every frame or provide a full audio review. Results are withheld if the required output check rejects them or cannot be completed.

Report suspected misuse, intellectual-property issues or request a review at support@windowpeeper.art. Include the relevant order or video identifier, your concern and any rights information needed to investigate. Do not attach illegal imagery. Reports are reviewed using relevant account, task and media records. Depending on the findings, we may warn the user, restrict or remove service-hosted content, stop affected generation requests, or suspend or terminate access. You may appeal through the same email address. Measures apply to content and accounts we control, not copies shared on other platforms.

Keep your login secure. We may restrict misuse and suspend affected requests. Contact support to request review. Material service changes will be reflected on this page. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.
